I JUST FOUND ONE OF THE FUNNEST FLASH GAMES EVAR!!!

It's an RPG turn-based game, and it's addicting! It even has an great anime artwork and story for a flash game!

This is a bowser game, so it's FREE! BUT be aware that you must not delete any browsing history on your browser, or you might lose all your saved data. You also can't use different browsers for this game. The game does have a save feature and even an auto-save feature as well.

Anyway, You should read the below first before playing it.
Trust me. (No spoilers)

Gameplay & Dungeons:
So this game is pretty much a turn-based game similar to Final Fantasy. Each character can be faster than the other depending on his or her speed however. So a character can attack a certain number of times before another character. The actual gameplay is similar to the first Crystal story, but with MUCH more variety. You play in dungeon maps where you fight monsters that will randomly spawn every time you enter another room/area. There are also treasure rooms, which is why you want to complete the map of all the dungeons. There may also be more than one floor in a dungeon, but that doesn't happen too much in the beginning.

Gameplay & SP:
The one thing that makes this game different however is the way you level up. As you defeat enemies, you get money and SP (and items/scrap metal). The SP are what level you up. Usually in Turn-based RPGs, you have level caps that grow from Lv 1 to Lv 100. You don't level up in this game however. All you do is boost your stats. You go to your character menu and press "SP". You then press another button to go to your leveling up menu which boost stats one at a time. You will even have options of choosing between 2 stats on which you want to improve sometimes. And this leveling-up process is how you unlock new skills and new classes.

Skills and Classes:
The skills are very helpful and fun in the game. One challenge in the game is that you will not be able to flee battles. But don't worry, you have to earn the "Flee" skill in order to use it. Once you get the skill "Steal" by the way, you should use it a lot since you can find great items on monsters you wouldn't find in shops. You'll need them for bosses. Depending on which class your character is on, will determine the stats and skills your character improves on. You won't be able to choose a character's first class, but you will be able to use other classes after completing the first one. The BAD part of this though, is that once you get to a level 2 or level 3 class, you can't learn the beginning skills again. You would want to "spread out" the classes among the party.

Elements, Beastiary and Grenades:
Also, you have elemental spells in the game. You have a beastiary which is used to keep record of all monsters you've beaten. You can use it even during battle. It's very helpful with bosses and other battles. When you look at a beast's info, you can see their elemental weaknesses and strengths. The higher the percentage, the weaker a monster is to that attack and vice-versa. Though, only the Elementalist class can use elemental spells (with the exception of the male main character using a fire spell since he is a dragon. Grenades also do fire damage.) Speaking of characters, you can name your characters, male and female, or go with their default name. Such a GREAT game.

Towns and Minigames:
The game also has minigames and towns with inns, shops and a pets. In the Tavern, you can sign up for side-missions and talk to people. You can only do one side mission at a time however. You can also change your pet time to time and then summon it in the game. BUT you can only use it if you have the pet whistle. Once you use it, you can only get another one back by going back to the Pet creator in the cities. So use it only on hard bosses or close pinches. You also can use the armory to upgrade your weapons and other gear (Which do level-up). You need scrap metal and other materials to do this though. NEVER BUY WEAPONS THOUGH! It's a waste of money. And you can only get grenades through battling and stealing for some reason, but with alchemy, you can make nifty bombs. And finally you have mini-games like the fishing minigames. This one is fun (and patient). As you catch more stuff in the water, you'll have a larger chance of catching something rare. And throwing your rod at the farthest distance doubles your chances of catching something rare. Each fishing area has different stuff, but when you ever catch a rare item, your rare percentage goes back to 5%. This is when you can take a break from it. Though be ware that losing a catch drops your percentage by like 2%. Fishing can give you really cool special stuff.

Hints:
The last thing I have to say about this game is when you get to the Orange Pass (The desert) boss battle, THIS IS WHEN THE GAME DROPS IT'S KID GLOVES! And one issue with the game is that you will have to get to the very edge of the wall in order to escape from a room/area. Making escaping a bit more annoying. And ALWAYS have health potions loaded when entering an dungeon area. (And why does D go up to his target if he's using a fireball attack?)

UPDATE: Also, use Earth on the Fire Guardian. And use Wind/Electric on the OVERPOWERED Kora boss. (Pirate boss) Earth is also almost very effective as well on her.

First game:
You can also play the first game, but no need to. Only if you just really love RPGs. The game is VERY fun and was successful when it came out, but it the whole first game got so repetitive and long that it can only be beaten by people bent on beating it or RPG otakus. The first game DOES have a lot of monsters and funny characters, so that should keep you interested. If you do play it, I hope you enjoy it.
